I realize this topic chain is old, but it's still just as relevant as ever. -- I come from the South, and when I was little, we still used an outhouse at all of my grandparent's homes. My mom and dad are not Sci-fi fans, but they've seen the TARDIS on TV lots of times. They sarcastically call it "the blue toilet!" - Pure sacrilege, I know, but kind of funny nonetheless.
...wait until the day they see I'm building my own "blue toilet". I can't wait to hear what they have to say!
