I feel kind of weird making a new topic for something this small, but none of the existing ones seemed to exactly fit. Maybe if more people ID parts the thread can get renamed. Anyway,
I think the graphic at the bottom left of this panel was for a meter (probably measuring mA) manufactured by the now-defunct Taylor Electrical Instruments, whose products were also used as set dressing elsewhere in the show.
On these meters in Spearhead from Space, the rough shape of the Taylor logo is visible just above the pivot for the needle. They aren't the exact same as the one on the console (one difference being that they are square instead of slightly rectangular)
Both the Spearhead meters and (probably) the console meter appear on this set in The Wheel in Space, and the similarity of their construction visible here makes me think they were both manufactured by Taylor.
I couldn't find the exact meter used on the console (which makes sense given it's well over 50 years old) but here are some pictures of similar ones I found on Ebay a while ago:
