Captures from a clip in the 1993 BBC 30th anniversary mini-doc "Bigger Inside Than Out" on the history of the Police Box (narrated by Colin Baker). The context is some time during the war --

Only the center sections of the building in the background were standing as of the 1945 Google Earth image (immediate center and first section on the right in this view), with odd bits of buildings on the left (unsure if partially constructed, previous structures, or rubble), precisely as shown in the clip.
