Every angle you could ever want to see of the current set... on Google Maps!

It's just you, 14thDr. I've just gone in with no trouble.  Suggest you reverse the polarity of the neutron flow, or alternately try a different browser.

In the other thread I posted my reasoning on this, can't find it from my phone but it was basically that in another production shot you could see the old blue core behind Capaldi's head. Pictures were over there, can't easily navigate this place from my phone!

What browsr are you using?

I have Safari on my Mac, which is what I do most of my Internet stuff on, and that has no problems. What browser are you using? If you're on a PC I'm guessing it's some version of Internet Explorer. (The question then is, which version? You may need to download the update.)

Of course you could always try downloading Firefox and seeing if that works. There are others, but these three are the most common.

I'm using Google Chrome on my PC. I was trying to visit the console room last night to get a few pictures for you all. But alas, that was never meant to be... :(

I've just tried it on Windows 7, Chrome, IE and Firefox, and it doesn't work (the double chevrons are gone).

However it still works on Firefox 28 under linux (the chevrons are still there).

I shall get some screenshots quick.

Doesn't work for me either. Windows 7, Firefox 28.

I wonder if it's to do with the new updated version of Google Maps.

EDIT: It DOES however still work on Television Centre...

Here you go.  Screenshot from a Linux desktop through a VNC window.

In fact, here's some larger resolution screenshots, which would work very well inside a Matt Smith Flight Control TARDIS.  I feel another mod coming along...

My personal favorite for a backdrop is "Maps3.jpg". It has the most aspects of the room visible (console, platform, whirligig, etc.) and would make a great wrap-around. (Might have to crop off the direction arrows in the top left corner, the Google blurb in the bottom left corner, and that 'poke-you-in-the-eye' "Report a Problem" rectangle in the lower right corner.) But then with the wrap-around inside the TARDIS, that bit could end up - as they say - on the cutting room floor, to make it fit. (We should post that one in case the link ever goes dead, if that would be allowed.)

Since it's looking like I'm the only person still able to access this, does anyone want me to take any more screenshots from different angles, or closeups?  As to saving them in case my links go dead (they are on my own domain web space so I guess if I die they'll eventually vanish), I didn't embed them as they are very high resolution, but if anyone wants to save them elsewhere feel free.  I'll try and get a better copy of Map3 without the "Report a Problem".

EDIT: I can't get rid of the "Report a Problem" link, but here's some more captures from around the console room.  If any mods would like to move these somewhere more permanent, please do so:

I've been trying trying to get back into the console room, but it still doesn't pop up. So would someone kindly post some overhead views of each panel so that I can use them for my console, as it has a really classic-yet-modern feel to it, which would work perfectly on my current project.

Any help will he kindly appreciated. Thanks for your time. :)

Thanks! That's really helpful! I'm not sure why my computer doesn't like the console room, as I've tried using both IE and Google Chrome or separate computers. But anyway, the link works, so I'm happy. Cheers!

Apologies for reviving a 'dead' thread. I ripped the panoramic images from Google Maps and converted them to JPGs for uploading. Obviously these are distorted, and Maps corrects them in-site, but hopefully they're still of use.
