What we were told is its off a military boat, We believe its some sort of winch control. Heres a metal plaque we never seen as its buried inside the console along with a company name! we plan to obtain this lever for measurements so possilby stay tuned for those.I kind of want to see a full shot of the boat in the pictures. Clearly it is steered by a tiller, that you can just see behind the throttles. It makes me wonder if it is just some kind of dingy that was fitted with 2 motors or something more interesting. (Friendly warning to myself for making an off-topic post.)
