Also I noticed that Season 12 was added to the subboards, but Season 12 had no Tardis interior, is anyone going to remove it?

Death to the Daleks is the only episode in season 11 that has a Tardis interior.

I'm pretty sure that the walls are the Time Monster / Season 13 ones, because there is this thing above the walls and it's only appear in The Time Monster, Planet of Evil, Pyramids of Mars

You are correct and the 'thing' on top of the walls is more correctly referred to as a 'fascia and soffit' (these fascias and soffits should not be confused with the ones used in The Three Doctors & Planet of the Daleks which were a completely different design).
