Looks like the box for the phone has been replaced since last week, although it's of a considerably different design (lacking the 45 degree corners).

I was wondering whether the large spot lights in the roof (going from the whirligig toward the doors) new?

Kiwidoc, nope they aren't new they have been there since the beginning of when Matt Smith was in this TARDIS interior.

Google Maps still has the original Matt Smith 2013 interior (they haven't updated it yet for anyone that still wants to get some reference images of the older decor), and the double ceiling roundel spots are indeed above the door alcove. (I believe before the Capaldi redecorating, though, those ceiling roundel spots didn't flash as much; I think they just lightly pulsated around rather than having a seriously pronounced chasing effect like they do now.) And yes, if you open this image in a new tab or window you'll see it "full screen", which is what I view it from when I took the screen grab.
