This was another tricky location to find.

Most areal photos are taken from the south side of the Tower of London, and The Tower Garden trees obscure it from the air on the rare occasion the view is form the east or north.

At ground level the most interesting thing near that intersection is the Royal Mint. So it's another case of the Photographer standing right beside the Post.

Still, I was able to locate a PA3 in 1977. I was almost worried I'd got the wrong location because the streetview didn't match at all. The building in the extreme background was replaced with a glass monstrosity, and the building in the foreground had a new façade installed starting around 2017.
