After looking at http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=3592 I began to wonder what other books were in the Doctor's library.
Here are some photo references- hopefully enough to identify the edition of the books or recreate the books that don't actually exist.
The Master reads War of the Worlds by H.G.Wells in Frontier in Space (1973).
The Doctor reads Origins of the Universe by Oolon Colluphid in Destiny of the Daleks (1979).
Oolon Colluphid is best known for his trilogy of philosophical blockbusters Where God Went Wrong, Some More of God's Greatest Mistakes, and Who is the God Person Anyway?.
The Doctor thumbs through Débat Sur La France De Demain by Jacques Rigaud in City of Death (1979).
The Doctor reads The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter (I didn't actually see the title or hear the book's name, Sorry if it is misidentified.) in Creature from the Pit (1979).
The Doctor reads a red mountaineering book apparently in Tibetan - Creature from the Pit (1979).
Everest in Easy Stages http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Everest_in_Easy_Stages
The Doctor reads Teach Yourself Tibetan - Creature from the Pit (1979).
Tardis Handbook : Type 40 - Horns of the Nimon (1979)
Professor Chronotis reads The Time Machine by H.G.Wells in Shada (1979/1980).
The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey - Shada (1979/1980).
