Sooo... My first shot at expoxy résine went very well. It's not perfect and i allready have a new lamp in the making for this box, but for now it will be good enought until i change my mind.
So basicly, it's some us coper coin on the top with some fimo to sculpte the lamp cap and nipple, and some 1euro cent coins for the rest of the body of the lamp. I used those because they were the right diamètre and also because if the paint cheapos away, it will show coper or brass under it.
The fresnel is now made out of résine that i casted in a cylindrical shape using à old glue tube and then worked with my dremel and my cutter. Like i was wood turning.
Here are some pictures

cap and the main body of the lamp painted with à undersised hot glue stick fresnel lence. This time i'm made the métal clips and hinges of the lamp
this is the final cast of the epoxy

and the finished product. Btw, i've noticed my super glu reacted with the paint, wich i'll have to find à way to fix.
Also, here is à little "how to assemblé this box"
first, here are all the pièces, all flat ready to travel in a bag. It mostly disassembles and assemblés the same with similar pièces then the real prop does.

First put on the floor of the base, and incert each corner posts in to their own slot (F=front B=back G=left D=right)
clip the doors into their hinges

Fit in the side pannel slots in the posts and base grooves the acording the left, right and back(mind the hinges)

put on the sign boxes to the corresponding sides
then the roof and door panel and you're off !
And to finish it, here is à little photo shoot with my other props
