I'm not an expert, but it seems like they used one of the Smith boxes (judging by the roof, corner posts etc) but with the new series 10 police box signs and windows

And here's a confirmation of my words - promotional photo at Southbank
The St.John logo matches the series 7B version, but the PTO sign is new from series 10

I guess they used the Snowmen/Journey to the centre of the Tardis prop, judging by all those scratches on it.

So, as a result we have a some sort of a hybrid of the Smith and Capaldi boxes

Very interesting, nice to see something from 2012 being re-used.

And I was right when the colour has changed, now it's the Matt Smith Era colour used from Series 5 - 7.

I think it is possible that they are reusing the series 7b prop or using parts of it.  :-\ As it appears to have the same roof, it often has the series 7b St John Ambulance logo which looks quite old...

I'm not sure what happened the series 7b prop. It was at the Doctor Who Experience when I first went there but when I went there the next time, where the prop originally was, the series 9 box was in its place.

I think it is the Series 7b prop, if they're trying to mimic the set doors for the St. John, then I'd see why. The Experience would hold all the previous props and give them to BBC if needed so they took the 7b in and placed the series 9 in place so it would be on display. It's interesting that even reusing it!

Here are some screenshots of the St John Ambulance sign from the latest episode "The Pilot".

Here's a screen shot from the start of the episode. It doesn't show all of it but it is the closest view of it I could find. Judging by it having the white circle, it has kept its series 8-9 look.

I hope these screenshots are useful.

This one is certainly helpful, LMC. It does show the Series 8-on version of the logo. (The long shot from the end has the logo too small to really make out whether or not that inner white circle is there.)

Also, I wonder where these doors are from because there are no bevels on the rails or stiles! They're flat like the Brachacki! Have they gone ahead and built another TARDIS prop?

As to the publicity photos showing the St. John logo, we have to be careful. They don't always use the filming prop for publicity photos as we're seen in the past. (The Series 5 publicity TARDIS had a different lamp - the New Haven-style - than the anchor-style of the filming prop, and its PTO sign was different.)

So rather than going by the publicity photo, I'd like to see a good, close-up of the actual filming prop and see what's on it. The same goes for the doors to the TARDIS console room set. (I tried watching during the episode, but other than the above image, things stayed in long-shot and moved too quickly for my stanky old wizzard eyes to keep up with, and get a good look at things.)

Well, this is the best I could find

So are we seeing two boxes in use here? The set doors still retain the 7b St John's logo, but there are now 2 props, one with the white door sides and s8 logo, ad the one used in the quarry which is identical to the 7b Tardis?
What of the PTO sign? Has that been updated on both props or can we expect to see that changing from scene to scene as well?

Fortunately the PTO signs always remain the same

Sadly, no.

Yeah, I already posted this one a while back:

Clearly different spacing, and 'For use of' is bigger. So at the very least, two sets of doors are in use (three if you count the interior set doors).

Has anyone made the .jpg and .pdf reproductions yet?

The St. John logos are still the same, but both the Series 7b and Series 8-on are being used. I'll just amend the Table with those notes so I don't have to duplicate the listing.

I'll leave the Phone Panel sign to the real experts. (Seriously; in years past when I've tried to replicate one of the signs, I've never gotten things to line up right. So I'm glad of the Table we have for those and many thanks to those who helped create it!)

I'm not sure whether this has been covered elsewhere, but if you look at this behind the scenes shot from Knock Knock, they put the TARDIS is on a raised base to stop it from slanting on the hill.
