Good find. Restoring furniture can be a nice relaxing project too. I hope you enjoy it.

Will you also be looking to make the high backed wooden one? It's based on a throne from a stone ruin somewhere or other I seem to remember reading.
I speak to you from the final days of Gallifrey. I am the past you have forgotten. You are the future I will not live to see...

It's the Knossos Throne you're thinking of, CH. We have a thread about it here: http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=1036.0. I just saw some of our reference images for the original Throne on a documentary - can't remember the channel, though: History, National Geographic, Smithsonian - really can't remember. It was another one of those that had "new" discoveries that could point to the existence of the "real" Atlantis. Interesting history and archeology, and they showed the Knossos Throne room and the Throne.

And, TT, where did you make such a great find with that chair!?! :o

Thanks for the info, TT. Unfortunately that makes it roughly 3,500 miles too far out of the way... with a large body of water called the Atlantic Ocean in the way. (Frack.)
