Various photos of Handles the Cyberman from the beginning of the episode:

By his final scene, Handles was looking a lot worse for wear, with a lot more rusty patches and exposed circuitry.

Thanks for posting those davidnagel!!

Wow, looks like they really went to town with the weathering and rust for his final scene! ;D

Kind regards, The14thDr :D

EDIT: I just found this replica version  on Yourprops, and if you follow the link, the third image on the page shows the cleaner, less beaten Handles from the beginning of the episode as well as the more the more damaged version alongside each other at the Doctor Who Experience, proving at least two different props were built for filming.

If you really want to see some up close detail on those images, click on that first image to "enlarge" it. Then click on it in the larger view, which will bring it up in a pop-up window. It will look smaller, but once you get that pop-up image, right-click on it and open it in a new window. Then click on that image with the magnifying lens cursor and BAM! That image is really large! (Not all are like that - just those first two, and the next to last images are. The rest of the images are only as large as they appear in the main window. Too bad the side by side Handleses with the Seal of the High Council wasn't that large; that really would have been a treat.)

Great find, 14th!

The Doctor Who: Visual Dictionary has a great photo of the "armature" that connects Handles to the TARDIS console.

Big Chief Studios created a 1:6 scale version of Handles for their Eleventh Doctor figure.

I'm not sure on the accuracy of their model, but the website shows some great views of the head that weren't shown on screen:

Today I took the time to put together these "stickers" and templates to help me with my own build, but I decided to post them here for anyone else wanting to make their own Handles the Cyberman.

The first pieces I made were some stickers for the inner details of the handles on top of the head. For anyone (like me) who doesn't have access to the tools or know-how to make these details properly, these can just be cut out and pasted into place onto the handlebars.
I also made a template for the exposed circuitry on the left-hand side of the forehead. I included slightly more of the design to accommodate for any differences in damage/weathering that will occur between different people's builds.

To ensure that these are printed at the correct scale for a 20mm handlebar, make sure that the image is exactly 8 inches (or 20.32cm) wide.

I hope these are useful in some way (and if not I still had fun creating the graphics anyway ;))

Here are some nice clear images of the console armature, borrowed from Kingpin's http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=5091.0 thread (hope you don't mind ;))

I was taking a couple more screencaps from The Time of the Doctor, when I noticed that at one point, the Doctor plugs Handles into one of the red levers on the console. ??? ;D

I wonder if this was an earlier shoot before they made the armature?

I was rewatching The Time of the Doctor today so I decided to grab some more images of Handles.

This next one is not brilliant for details, but does give a rare glimpse of that huge gash down the back of his head.
