The Twelfth Doctor has had many different costumes throughout his first two series. Although they all share the same basic design (the long coat, a waistcoat/hoodie and the black jeans), the design has evolved a fair bit since those first promo pictures from Deep Breath (with even more variations to be seen in Series 10!) The aim of this thread is to compile a database containing photos of every single variant of the Twelfth Doctor's costume.

Series 8:

Deep Breath:

Post-Regeneration
The first costume worn by the Twelfth Doctor is identical to the one worn by the Eleventh Doctor in The Time of the Doctor, shortly before he regenerated (minus the bow tie.)

Victorian Waiter Disguise:
In order to infiltrate Mancini's Restaurant and defeat the Half-Face Man, the Twelfth Doctor changes into this Victorian waiter disguise. The black overcoat has 6 buttons on it and no visible breast pockets. The plain black tie is worn with a wing collar shirt and a black waistcoat.

100% Rebel Time Lord:
Arguably the definitive Twelfth Doctor costume, this saw more screen time than any other variant of the costume during series 8. This costume consists of a navy blue overcoat (with 3 buttons and a red lining), a navy blue cardigan (6 buttons), a plain white shirt and a pair of black trousers.

Into the Dalek:
The second episode of series 8 saw the Doctor wearing the same costume as the one from the end of Deep Breath.

Robot of Sherwood:
For the Twelfth Doctor's third outing, we are introduced to a second variant of the main costume. The same navy blue coat from Deep Breath is used, and the white shirt is replaced by a burgundy Paul Smith shirt, while the cardigan is not seen again for the remainder of the series.

Listen:
Featuring one of the most terrifying Doctor Who monsters to date, Listen introduced us to the now famous "holey" jumper. In this episode the Doctor wears the same overcoat from earlier in the series, along with a plain white t-shirt and the Paul Smith Holes jumper.

Time Heist:
For the majority of Time Heist, the Doctor wears an identical costume to Robot of Sherwood, with the burgundy shirt swapped for a navy blue Paul Smith shirt.

The Architect:
Whilst in disguise as the mysterious "Architect", the Doctor can only be seen wearing a plain black hoodie (the rest of the costume is either off-camera, or hidden underneath the hoodie.) This hoodie will be seen again in Last Christmas, after which it will become an integral part of the Twelfth Doctor's attire throughout series 9.

The Caretaker:
For the events of The Caretaker, the Doctor once again dons his Paul Smith Holes jumper, this time with a brown stud coat and a TX8 LED watch.

Kill the Moon:
For the opening scenes of Kill the Moon, the Doctor returns to his navy blue overcoat from before The Caretaker, this time with a custom-made black shirt with white polka dots.

Spacesuit:
For scenes set on the Moon, the Doctor wears an orange spacesuit almost identical to the ones worn by the Tenth and Eleventh Doctors in various episodes, with the Sanctuary Base 6 logo removed from the chest.

Mummy on the Orient Express
This could be described as one of the Twelfth Doctor's most complex costume to recreate. For this episode, the Doctor wears a black, double-breasted blazer, a plain white dress shirt, a black cravat and a double-breasted grey waistcoat.

Flatline:
For this episode, the Doctor wears the "100% Rebel Time Lord" costume from Deep Breath and Into the Dalek.

In the Forest of the Night:
For In the Forest of the Night, the Doctor returns to his navy blue overcoat and Holey jumper combo.

Last Christmas:
The 2014 Christmas special saw the introduction of yet another variant of the Twelfth Doctor's costume. This time, the Doctor wears his navy blue overcoat, the plain black hoodie from Time Heist and the famous Holey jumper.

Series 9:

The Magician's Apprentice/The Witch's Familiar:
When the Twelfth Doctor returned to our screens, he was wearing yet another variant of his costume. The ever-present navy blue overcoat also returned, with a red button replacing one of the 3 black buttons on the coat's cuffs. We also have the same black hoodie from Time Heist and Last Christmas, and as a nod to the Hartnell era of Doctor Who, this costume also features a pair of grey plaid trousers. The Doctor also wears a Label Labs Misty Mountain t-shirt, with a pink button-up t-shirt underneath that.

NOTE: The variant of the costume also appears in the Series 9 Prologue and the mini-episode 'The Doctor's Meditation'.

NOTE (2): The sonic sunglasses have been identified as Ray Ban Wayfarer RB2140 sunglasses, and the electric guitar has been identified by rob49152 as a Yamaha SGV-800 guitar.

Under the Lake/Before the Flood:
For the second story of Series 9, we are treated to another variation of the Doctor's costume. This time, the Doctor wears a dark green hoodie, along with the Holes jumper introduced in Listen, whilst retaining the navy blue overcoat and black trouser combo that has been present since the beginning of Series 8.

The Girl Who Died:
The fifth episode of the series saw the Doctor return to a costume very similar to the one worn in the series opener. This time, however, the Doctor is wearing a a Label Lab Night Bloom Negative Flower t-shirt, with a pair of navy blue plaid trousers.

The Woman Who Lived
When the Doctor next meets Ashildr, he is wearing his familiar "Holes jumper and hoodie" combo, this time with a grey hoodie and brown plaid trousers (thanks to nebula1253 for pointing out that these are different trousers to the ones seen in The Girl Who Died.)

The Zygon Invasion/The Zygon Inversion:
For the 2-part Zygon political thriller, the Doctor dons his famous black hoodie/Holes jumper combo, with the hoodie unzipped throughout both episodes.

Sleep No More:
In this episode, the Doctor wears the same costume as in The Zygon Invasion/Inversion.

Face the Raven:
This episode treated us to a major redesign of the Twelfth Doctor's wardrobe. The Doctor now wears a burgundy velvet coat (with 3 buttons along the front and a red inner lining), a charcoal grey waistcoat (with 5 buttons), a plain white shirt and charcoal grey trousers.

Heaven Sent:
For his solo outing, the Twelfth Doctor wears a costume almost identical to the one introduced in Face The Raven, with the waistcoat traded for what looks like the black cardigan from Series 8.

NOTE: I may be wrong on this last point, as in some photos from Face the Raven, the waistcoat looks charcoal grey, but in some photos from Heaven Sent, it appears to be black, hence me guessing that they could be different items. If anyone has any more information to add to this, I would be greatly appreciative.

Hell Bent:

Diner Scenes:
For the scenes set in Clara and Ashlidr's TARDIS, the Doctor has swapped his previous costume for a simple white shirt (with the top two buttons undone) and a plain black blazer.

NOTE: The second guitar used for these scenes has been identified by childofgallifrey as an Epiphone SG G-400.

Wanderer from Gallifrey:
For scenes set on Gallifrey, the Doctor is wearing a plain white shirt and a black waistcoat (unbuttoned), with the burgundy velvet coat slung over his shoulder.

The Husbands of River Song:
For the 2015 Christmas Special, the Doctor is seen wearing the velvet costume introduced in Face the Raven (red antler ears are optional.)

Last Night on Darillium:
For the final scenes of The Husbands of River Song, the Doctor reveals another variant of his costume. This time, he is wearing a plain white shirt, a black cravat and what looks like a black double-breasted blazer.
