Hi all!
Well, I'm finally ready to get my completed build gallery off the ground!
I am extremely excited to be able to include my creation in the gallery section.
There is a fairly complete build diary, so no need to go through all that again. Suffice to say, I'm chuffed to bits with the final result & bowled over by the encouragement & positive feedback from the members of this site.
On to the photos!!

I expect the gallery will continue to grow as I try new & exciting ways to photograph my TARDIS!!

Okay... I can see just a few things that would make this perfect:


Ignoring the fact that above is a mirror image, to make this something truly perfect you need to take a photo of the Old Girl at this angle, while Sylvester McCoy is standing where the red arrow is, handing off the TARDIS key to Paul McGann who should be standing where the green arrow is!

And that's all this beauty is lacking! She's outstanding! Well done, Russell!

That would be a great idea, but....
Although I'd love to dress up as Mcgann, I just can't get the missus to dress up as Sylvester McCoy

BTW: Much as I hate spoilers... there may be some costume related pics on the way in a week or two....

I agree with what Dino has said and fail to see your dressing up problem. Look, it's simple:
You label each target "A" and "B". Let's, for argument's sake call McCoy Target A and McGann Target B.
You find out the next fan event Target A will be attending. You purchase tickets to this event.
You enter the event early and act extremely over excited by everything you see, thus, you photograph everything you see at every angle possible.
Back in the cafe you review your photos, you check in the background of each for security cameras, security guards, doors, fire escapes, watchful store owners and George RR Martin. Once this is completed you should have a comprehensive knowledge of all exits and blind spots in the building. Designate a blind spot for each exit.
Later in the day, walk up to Target A and request an autograph, this will allow you to monitor them for how alert, agile, tired, apathetic, exuberant and suspicious they are today.
Hide behind large Chewbacca Cosplayer until Target A leaves.
Analyse Target A's initial direction and predict which exit he will use. Throw on Jedi robe and manoeuvre yourself into the appropriate blind spot.
Take your sack labelled "SWAG" and when target A is in reach throw the sack over them and put it over your shoulder. Target A is not very large, should be easier, Target B is a more average 5'8 so you may need to be careful. Remember, don't lift with the back.
Take Target A out of the building, if anyone accosts you put on a mystical voice and say "this is not the droid you're looking for".
Take Target A home, lock him in the TARDIS and repeat for a Target B.
Once you have obtained both targets you can pose them as you wish outside your build for pictures, easy as, no need for costumes!
Set both targets free once mission is complete, package Target A in a bag and write "Please deliver to Peter Jackson" on the front and point Target B down the road telling him where he can find the nearest McDonalds.
Dust off hands, smile to self, and curse as you realise you're camera was on selfie mode.

Looking great! Very nice to see a Hudolin build and I think it makes a very nice addition to your yard

Real love/friendship is someone who'll hold the camera for you when you dress up as the Doctor to pose in front of your TARDIS. 

Rich- It's a crazy idea, but it might just work...

When I'm teaching in the evenings & I've got her lights on, I love it when I hear a scream of shock, amazement & joy as some unsuspecting person walks past & spots my TARDIS looming out at them from the dark!!

Those night time shots are always impressive: the eeriness of the dark, the glowing of the window lights... whether or not the lamp or the Top Signs are lit, it just screams "Adventure awaits! Step inside and we'll get on with it!"

And in that last photo, I'm guessing that's about the view Grace and the Doctor had as that policeman on the motorcycle rode into the TARDIS, screeched around (in the distance), and then shot out of the Old Girl with a yell like a Viper exiting a battlestar's launch tube!

It's funny, but I wasn't too keen on the movie when I first watched it, but with each viewing it has grown on me & I'm now quite fond of it. In a way I feel McGann is quite similar to Colin Baker in that they both did the best they could with what they had, but didn't really get a fair crack of the whip...

It is a distance but not unreasonable, it'd be worth the travel

I haven't found them yet, guarded by these guys with black mechanical headsets of some kind.

 

Well, as I said before, if you or any of the TARDISbuilders guys are planning a trip to sunny Brighton, then you are more than welcome to drop by to see her. You'll also be able to see my Dalek, which I keep at my hall as well.
Quite often people pass by & go bonkers when they see my TARDIS, then I say, "If you come into my hall, you can see my Dalek, too..."
A bit more original than saying, "Come in & see my etchings..."

This is the view unsuspecting pedestrians get as they approach the Youth Centre from the North side:






I wonder how long it takes before they twig & think, "Frikkin' hell! That's a TARDIS!!"

You need to gin up some kind of "UNIT: Authorized Personnel Only" sign and, if you can, find a military surplus Land Rover to park where the white car is for a photo.
