Screen grabs of the "Bradley Box" TARDIS from the BBC's excellent Docu-Drama on the origins of Doctor Who, An Adventure in Space and Time:

Well i am thinking the Bradley box is similarly close to my box as it was with the sign boxes a bit larger than in the series.

From the Behind-the-scenes video:

Interesting to see, it looks like they made a conscious effort to suggest the box was made of concrete.

Volpone

A couple other observations:  I wonder why they have the phone sign on the side while they are doing something with the panel it is supposed to be on.

The other thing, I see they used creative license on the St. John's sign. Instead of being just a plain Maltese Cross with a white ring around it I see lions and unicorns and writing--kind of like that they opted for actual roundels instead of the photo wall from the real set.

As it looks like the Phone Panel was an insert (paper, judging by the curl of the corner) it made sense simply to stash it in one of the panels on the side so that it could be easily retrieved once the paint had dried.

Here's a few more shots of the box in better lighting, from a Guardian piece with Mark Gatiss:

Apologies about the blurriness of some shots, unfortunately I couldn't simply pause the video as it irritatingly plastered a "II" smack-bang in the middle of the video. :(

Must say though, the Bradley Box has really been growing on me.  I hope we see more of it in the future, at the Experience perhaps.

The Bradley Box, along with some of the Totter's Yard set was on display at the convention this weekend (rather jealous!).  Photos from flickr:

Kingpin - amazing yet again. (How do you get so lucky?!)

And did anyone else notice (not in the special, but in these photos) that they missed out the frame on the PTO door?

Dino.

I thought they missed the frame in the special as well?

I notice the Bradley box is trying out the later Tom Baker style black base.

Also, the central divider is on the right hand door, not the left.

Purple always disagreed with me about that ;)

That the base was black on the Newbury?

I thought that was a given, well for a short period anyway?

How odd.

There's a discussion about it in the Newberry reference board.
