Some interesting shots from the 50th Anniversary filming in Trafalgar Square:

Personally, I think it might've looked better to a degree if he'd been hanging on the ledge like he did in The Eleventh Hour.
Still, wish I'd been in London today.

It explains the TARDIS prop with the crane hook on it.

So it looks like yet another TARDIS prop was put into service.  My theory is that a fiberglass front facade was made for this story because the wooden prop would have been water damaged during the amount of time it would have been in the water.  Note the door sign seems to have no trim and it and the handle are attached to the panel directly.  Also, the right door's handle is completely different, more of a drawer pull than a handle.  Note also the windows are not lit at all and look more like the TYJ in feel.  Speaking of windows, the one on the right door has the left vertical trim off to the right too much, making the center panes narrower than the outside ones. Anyone else have any other ideas?

Interesting, where did you dig those up Bill?

I would imagine though if it was meant to be a TYJ model for another doctor that they would have actually modeled it on one.
If it IS meant to be a TARDIS for another doctor, unless they are not caring so much if it is accurate to that particular doctor's box, it wouldn't be McGann's at the very least the phone door on his was hinged on the other side.
And obviously only Bill Hartnells TARDIS also bore the St John badge

Interested to see what they are doing here though

I got the screen caps from other people and put them together.  It's a Smith prop, but it's more of a mockup than a proper version.  I haven't watch the behind the scenes video yet, but unless someone can confirm things, I'm sticking with this being a fiberglass facade.

I'm curious that they've done away with the 'stained' wood grain finish and given the prop a flat, slightly less intense and dark blue paint job. I've been lurking for a while and haven't seen any discussion of that, though I may have missed it.

Both screen caps are from the episode.  The bottom left one is from the materialization scene right before the Doctor and Clara walk out.  The large one on the right is from the demat scene when the HADS activates.

Just to let you know: while this topic is under whole-topic spoiler control (with the red octagon sign) you don't need to add your own spoiler tags to your posts. That's already taken care of.

Well filming for the 2013 Christmas Special is doing location work today, and pictures of what looks like the Capaldi TARDIS is now it use.  Here's a comparison between the Series 7 prop and this new "Series 8" prop.
CapaldiTARDIS1.jpg
The window trim looks wider.  The lighter panes in the bottom corners look whiter.  The door sign has more space around it where it meets the trim.  I'd almost like to say the corner posts are narrower too.  Still wider than the 2005 model, but maybe an inch and a half narrower?
Here's the full shot of the box.

My God..It looks awful......Especially the window panes.....
The Blue is far to light for the White windows as well,
Looks more like a designer wardrobe than a metropolitan Police Box now!  :'(

To be fair, it hasn't looked like a Metropolitan Police Box in a very long time.
