On the original DVD release of The Three Doctors there is a feature with a convention panel from the convention Panopticon 1993. (I don't think it made its way to the Special Edition release.) I believe there are also some lovely images in Doctor Who magazine at the time. The Five Doctors console made an appearance as part of the stage set as well as a specially built set of Tardis doors. While not technically BBC set scenery, I hope it is still of interest to Tardis builders.  I do not know if the measurements of these Tardis doors match the ones used in the show.
(I did Find a one page article in the December DWM 207 pg6 with photos - but they focus on the Actors and not the set. - Not the Photo I was looking for - I'm trying to find the Image of Sylvester McCoy standing with one foot on the console - setting controls. )

why doesn't the Guide mention them? - Oh, it's not very accurate.
Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

Interesting - the console appears to be missing the panel with the 'blanked-off' TV screen section!  As an aside, when I went to the Official Convention in welsh Wales last March, I got chatting to a chap from DWAS who said they'd used 24" as the roundel diameter in this build. The figure of 24" was also stated by the prop 'curator' at the event - though he may have confused the fact that the DWAS wall was used in the Dimensions in Time 3D special for Comic Relief. It was also part of the set where there is a rather clever tracking shot in which the camera follows the little boy as he enters the Tardis control room through the Police Box doors (More than 30 years in the Tardis DVD and more than twenty years before we saw the same in The Snowmen).
The height of the DWAS doors is especially difficult to judge as the whole wall is mounted on a stepped section at the rear of the stage so even comparing Jon's height to the doors won't work.

I found a website that lists Katy Manning's height as 5 foot 0 inches (1.52m) ... not sure if that was her current height or peek height.

Two of the panels were damaged in storage. They didn't have enough time to get the monitor she'll installed, so it was not on there at the time the convention was going on.

Yes, but she's also wearing high heels....so, I'm not sure how you'd judge those if you're going to compare the DWAS doors to her height.

I think they are 4" heels, so that would put her at about 5' 4".
