After looking at http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=3592 I began to wonder what other books were in the Doctor's library.
Here are some photo references- hopefully enough to identify the edition of the books or recreate the books that don't actually exist.

well this is the Tardis Type 40 Handbook - Vengeance on Varos (1985)

Looks like the handbook's chameleon circuit was just as prone to "shifting" as the TARDIS's.

Or the Doctor grabbed several editions before he left Gallifrey.  Or the TARDIS makes a new one when the Doctor tosses a copy into the vortex.

I seem to recall Cushing's Doctor reading a comic in one of the sixties dalek films. Does that count? (not exactly a book, as such...) Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot.
