After looking at http://tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=3592 I began to wonder what other books were in the Doctor's library.
Here are some photo references- hopefully enough to identify the edition of the books or recreate the books that don't actually exist.

The Master reads War of the Worlds by H.G.Wells in Frontier in Space (1973).

Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

Rassilons Rod

In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.

Kingpin

Looks like the handbook's chameleon circuit was just as prone to "shifting" as the TARDIS's. :)

DoctorWho8

Or the Doctor grabbed several editions before he left Gallifrey.  Or the TARDIS makes a new one when the Doctor tosses a copy into the vortex. ;)
Bill "the Doctor" Rudloff

Are you going to do the spine so we can have a full wraparound?

I seem to recall Cushing's Doctor reading a comic in one of the sixties dalek films. Does that count? (not exactly a book, as such...) Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot.
