Inside view if the roof to show the structure. Built like a house!

Wow! Your seams are incredibly tight! That roof almost looks like a single piece of wood that's been "folded" to make it. You have some serious woodworking skills, my friend.

I'd like to second what Dino's said...Superb!

A look at our first test fit; walls and doors are being fabricated now and then we work on the window frames.
Thank you for the positive comments!

it's materializing right before my eyes  :o
why doesn't the Guide mention them? - Oh, it's not very accurate.
Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

Very impressed by this build so far.... Already jealous, wishing I was in a position to resume work on mine

That last picture is a funny one, looks like a scale box there!!! XD :)

I keep on looking at that base trying to work out what sizes of wood you used and how it fits together, it's not obvious looking at it. Care to enlighten me?  ;D
I used a similar box method to drop the posts into the base on my first build which unfortunately I had to abort.

What happened with this?

mordrogyn

I was wondering that myself.  Unfortunately it is a common occurrence that builds will stall or be put on hold partially done (Mine is one of these :( )  Hoping this one is more a case of the builder hasn't had time to come and update their diary.

Of course theres always the "Snow Pics Uncertainty Principle" to consider. Which is my way of saying sometimes despite the best intentions, people having the time, and the pictures taken, the build diary just never gets written because something always gets in the way. Like the aforementioned picturesof my TARDIS in the snow, which I have had ready to post snice last winter, but whenever I find myself in a position to post them something uncertain happens which prevents it. It's like a curse!
Isn't it how ironic that we have to think of solutions out of the box, in order to build our boxes a lot of the time?

Back from hiatus. This had to be put on hold due to heavy volume of orher work at the shop.

Sample if floor tile we will be using:

Tennant lantern, very hard to find:

Each side has individually placed panels to reduce weight and materials:

Up next, we need to finish installing wall panels, add interior floor tiles, install hardware and windows then we're ready for paint:

Excellent to see an update!
This look's utterly fantastic  :D

But it's also a stark reminder to me while I'll never have my own build. I'd settle for nothing less than the build quality you have achieved, which I know I won't be able to do, so I simply won't bother trying lol  8)

Super-high quality here. Nice to see what pros can get up to. I see it's a bit of a hybrid with Tennant and Smith influences. Where did you get your plans?
