That's a cool set of shots, Crispin - I'm amazed the fox stayed there long enough for you to take them (were you standing on a perception filter..? ;-)
btw: that Tardis of yours looks like it's weathering extremely well, still looking great!

cheers
Chris

Nice to see those long shots of your Tardis

And I agree about your box weathering very nicely indeed. I've never mentioned it before but I really like your signs they look lovely and dirty.

Cheers guys! The top signs are still the laser printed prototypes I put in during the last refit - they are stuck with sellotape behind clear plastic that I sprayed with matt black spray paint to dirty it down. Also I printed them dark grey instead of black - initially to save toner while I was adjusting the scaling - but then I decided I liked them grey.
The lettering is Ironageman's PDF, which matches the original police boxes very well.

Yup the box is getting some nice additional weathering: apart from some handling during shipping it now has to contend with blown rain and 'bird weathering'....

BTW, meant to ask... what prompted the move to blighty?

The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,

For us it's a home-coming from our great adventure.

The Perception Filter will make an intersting prop build. Perhaps we'll have to ask Elton to fetch a spade.

I've really nothing new to report, but I happened to notice the light on my box in the morning recently. So I snapped a picture:

It's one of the nice things about having your box outside, the changing light source makes your Police Box look really different at different times of the day. I've taken far too many pictures of my PB because of this effect!

That;a a really lovely shot. I really like the look of your Police Box , scarfwearer!

Your TARDIS looks really beautiful, Crispin

A film crew could take hours to get a shot like that, you can't beat nature for providing the right lighting!

I'm really, really, really impressed with your TARDIS. The most amazing thing is that you have an interior to go with that excellent police box! The attention to detail is astounding. It was your website that led me here, so thanks.

Do have a look through the rest of this section, though. There are many great builds here. This is definitely the place to be for builders of blue boxes...
