How did you make the gun?

You can see, two posts above, the gun part made. It was made from card, and a switch, then the sections were filled with expanding foam. After I used U-pol filler in the gaps. Then four coats of thick emustion were applied to iron out the bumps. Finaly I wet and dryed then painted the gun up.
