Farewell Sarah Jane, you will be missed.

Can we turn the heating up please, Doctor?

Or go somewhere warmer than Edenbridge in Kent?

Hi All
Well, I received a new camera for Christmas from Robert,
so what are going to do........

A beautiful box! I like the (darker) blue-almost grey/blue like the '63 original-don't care for the royal blue TARDIS look-the white framed ones are the best also! recessed frosted windows are desirable too! Have you ever thought of installing some bass speakers with the original electronic 'hum' as in the transmitted pilot?

I love how it is almost black in some light and a fairly light blue in other light.  It makes me think I don't need to repaint mine, I just need to take it to England to get the right light on it.

Sadly, KB's box has suffered out in the elements and is currently under a tarp.  There are plans to fix it up once warmer, dryer weather comes and some finances are in order.

Yes me too! the darker look makes it more authentic-especially against white frames.

I read a while back the weather had taken it's toll on your box?! I take it it's beyond repair?  :'(

Mark

Oh no, I hope it isn't so.

I remember with fondness this build back in the "old days" of TARDIS builders. I do hope something can be done to fix your box up KB.

It is so, I'm afraid. Demolition time. 8 years in the weather conditions have finally taken their toll. I worked hard to preserve, but this year, it all happened at once. All rotten. An old friend of ours, whom shall remain nameless, is determined, nay, hell bent, to save my ol' box. We shall see.
