I don't have that much of a budget, actually, nun at all. So, I'm researching the cheapest way to make a Dalek. I found two videos on Youtube that will help.
First of all, a PVC wheelchair. I took some screencaps & made a quick diagram of the PVC pieces. If you think the design should be modified, let me know. :)

The Second is a Dalek body Made of the cheapest material..Cardboard.

I also found a video to use a drill or two for the motive power.

Video to make the joystick. The metal parts can be replace with plastic ones.

I found this image on Pinterst & really want to know if anyone here has or can make the print files to make this happen.  :o

Have you tried Project Dalek? Our sister website has cornered the market on clever people with designs on Daleks.
When you sign up you will have access to an extensive database of 3D printer files designed from all over the world.

why doesn't the Guide mention them? - Oh, it's not very accurate.
Oh? - I'm researching the new edition.

There cannot be too many Daleks in the world!
I love cardboard as you know, so I'll be watching this one with great interest!
Regards.

All Id need is a PDF file of the dome, hemispheres, eye stock, plunger sucker slice peaces. Everything else would be easy.
It would be like this person. https://www.instructables.com/Laser-Cut-Cardboard-Dalek-Eyestalk/

But instead of using a cad program & laser cuter, I'd just print out the slices, stick the paper to cardboard & cut it out. I have no Idea on how to use 3d software or running complex laser cutting or 3d printing machines.

If only I had the money, space & a large vacuum former, I be making a Plastic/Glass Dalek. :)

They have those as well.

I know they have PDF files on measurements, I have a few, how to manuals. I haven't come across any cardboard templates you can print out & put together like a puzzle? Can you put in a link to the file?
