I think it's just black drapes (and a rather dusty photo).

Anyone got a CAD model of one of these bad boys? I'd love to bung a few into my console room set assembly for a render or two once I've finished the design!

I wonder if we will ever get a cgi set only. Judging by the high standards of this set it cant be far away.

I suppose so, Rassilon's rod, but the thing that made me imagine it was a woods were those leafy bits at the bottom. It could well be camouflage netting or something. I thought it gave the picture the same kind of feel as those old ones from Hartnell's days when they had a picture of 'outside' through the doors. I saved the image earlier on, and did a quick bit of processing; exposure up and light up a tad. It brought it back to life nicely.
  Oddly, although I did nothing to resize the image it is now too large for the attachments bit here! Most odd. It hardly matters as its the sort of thing any of us can do with our machines.

I've been a bit busy so haven't done an awful lot. However I did find my old work-in-progress console on a backup disc (I thought I'd lost it forever when my computer screwed up a few months ago. Current status is shown below. I've just plonked it in my console room as a placeholder for now and will return to it soon.

I'm also working on a 1980s camera model (EMI 2001), to which I will add pedestal etc when I have time. I'd love to do a few renders of my finished console room with a few of them, and cables and stuff for a bit of extra authenticity!

Could that be the door to Adric/ Turlough's room?



The layout for Terminus doesn't match your setplan, as this is clearly the end of a corridor.

But, this doorway to that room did appear a few times.

(Also note the slight snafu by the floor painters! 😂)

Yes. Also.... I just thought. There are 2 of these doors used in Terminus.

Also on Tegan and Nysaa's room.

In another story (I think it was The Visitation) the girls' room was durectly opposite the console room.

Perhaps that is what we're seeing in that floor plan.... 🤔

Anyone got any insight into the wall beyond the interior door? The Colin Baker wall looks completely different to the Davison one
