The "Doctor Who Worlds of Wonder" exhibition is a new exhibition at the World Museum Liverpool. I spotted on the Doctor Who Instagram that they've got a load of props and costumes from the show, including a Tardis Console!

I can only find this one photo for now, although I'm hoping more will emerge as people visit the exhibition. It looks to me like it's the same console constructed for "An Adventure in Space and Time", which has of course been used in a number of other episodes over the years. This would make sense seeing as the BBC have provided props for the exhibition.

Is this where the sonic screwdriver display is too?  It looks like a nicely curated museum with well-done displays. 

A friend of mine, docwhocollector, visited the exhibition yesterday, and took some wonderful photos of the console, and he's allowed me to share them!



And @Volpone this is indeed the place where they've got a display of sonics!

I live in Wirral and visited the exhibition last week. Unfortunately I took my youngest and it was a bit of a whirlwind race around, but it looked great! Paid entry, it is.

I think a local fan group organised an "after hours" session there at the World Museum and they put photo's on their FB group page showing a hands on and close up experience! It is good that the museum is encouraging that sort of thing.

I'm returning with middle child in a few weeks where I'll take a more leisurely pace and take some photos unspoilt by 'family'!

It was good to go back and have some time to absorb what's there. We went on Friday, after school, and it was very quiet!

I did take some photo's, but I'm not much of a photographer, relying on my elderly Samsung Galaxy S7 to make the most of where I pointed!
