In the episode "Terror Of The Autons" the master used a quick prop witch I call a Telepathic Plastic Remote Activator, or simply a remote control for plastic objects, to rap a telephone cable around the Doctor.
At first I'm thinking this device is just a button control to activate a pre-programmed Auton manipulated plastic, but I was wanting to give a little more back story to my prop, that it can program & control any type of plastic threw telepathy.

I've made mine out of 1/2 & 3/8" pipe. i painted a black ring around the 3/8" pipe & stuffed it in the 1/2".

The prop has small wire ends around the pipe, I didn't know what to use other than PVC strips shaved down.

I plan to put a switch activated button battery light in for effect. I'm still trying to figure out how to solder the electronics together & still be able to seal it up.

Here is the prop with the tabs cut down to the right size. I still need to color the outside pipe an Auton pink or purple color & the tabs silver. I have a small amount of packaging foam in the tip as a light diffuser.

I'm trying to make a light purplish pink paint for the body. After not using my modeling paints for so long, the caps had dried & stuck to the glass bottle. I had to use pliers to open them back up. Then another problem, the paint was mostly dried out & had to top it off with a little acetone. A little shaking later & paint offer my shirt, I stated mixing.

I think the paint could be a little more lighter.

I got my Tap & Die set out to make a screw on cap for the LED. I should have don this first. Oh well, I can always make another with a cap.
