No i'm affraid. It's 1/9th scale. So it fits with nothing X). To small for the big chief figure and to big for the co toys.
I made all the box at the same scale and i happened to have made this one the first while being under lock down and restricted to what matérials i had accès to.

Regardless of their scales, they are still beautiful pieces!

Thx man, if i'm correct, it's the smallest most common scale for studio models. Wich is what i'm inspiring to make

Oof!  Imagine applying that logic (1/9th scale) to a Death Star "miniature"!  :o

Well so far, i've 2 other models that i think are way better i quite à few ways. I'm really looking forward to build that foldable séries 4 one. I' guess we'll see how it turns out.

On this current model, i don't think i'll do much more. Maybe i'll remake the roof, the police signs and doors so they Mache à bit more the actual props, but in the end, i just need to remake à A/B prop. This one will serve me as an expériment model. Like i did for the windows ans stuff. May be i'll graph bad Wolf on one side.

I just know i'll keep it around, as it is my first réal shot à a tardis model
Might try some stunts with it

I said common X)
Not mendeatory. But yeah i think, exept for a far apart or it shot, it would just be matpainting or else.

I was, of course, being silly.  but to milk the absurdity, a 1/9th scale Death Star "miniature" would be around 11 miles in diameter (assuming the station in "A New Hope" was an even 100 miles wide (160 Km)).  Oy!

I wonder how many tank model kits that would require to "detail"?  ;)

Makes me wonder what is the biggest model made for a movie or series

redfern

If not the largest, I think the "maxi-tures" built by the WETA shop for "Lord of the Rings" rank up there.  At least I recall some "behind the scenes" material in which they talked the size of the various buildings and environments.  But that's was roughly 20 years ago.  I have no idea what some productions may have constructed since then (in those increasingly rare instances when they still opt for physical models over "digital").

I'm again concidzring updating this box.
I had thoughts about it for a while. Now that i have the new one, i guess it's noet nécessairy. A part of me wants to keep it, as it was my first model and i kinda look a t it's "difformities" with fondness. But on the other hand, i'm thinking i should try and expériment.

Also, something i've concidered isaking it a war doctor tardis. Technicaly it would be acurate to the scene where the tardis goes through the wall. As the scale model used during shoot was not acurate with the full size one. It evens havr the rtd lantern. Sooo...

Lots od thoughts
