Howdy folks its been a while since ive posted anything here , but ive been pretty busy in the mean time with my Modern TARDIS Exterior models and through the use of Photogrammetry , ive made line drawings for each of the 11 Exterior box Props used in the modern shows history
from
A/B - 2005 - 2008 - 2013
C 2008 - 2010 - 2013
D 2010 - 2011
E 2011 - 2013 - 2017
F 2013 - 2017
G 2015
H/I/J 2018 - present
and even the Steel Box - 2013 - 2014 - 2015 - 2017
the 2005 , 2018 and 2014 and 15 boxes ive made written dimension plans for , the rest of the boxes ive made drawings for but have yet to write dimensions for based on the photogrammetry , Enjoy folks

as i stated i'll be making plans for the rest of the modern boxes with the exeption of the 2010 D prop as that ones already been made accuratly

I tried an mostly aprouves the plans for the AB prop.
i'm still wodering if the scale is maybe a bit big by a few mill (what makes me say that, is that some musurements are wierd specifics wher i felt it would have been made with standar sized pieces of wood you could get at the wood depo, but it's just a thought, nothing that i'm sure of). but other wise, proportions looks quite good!

so i've trown that together quickly, i think it's a big improvment on my curent model wich is based on the production plans. i'm not sure about the lamp, i've improvised, i only have the top cap at home

any way, i hope you don't mind me modeling it out of your plans. if it's ok, i'll use this as a base for my future studio scale models.

i'm actually quite nervous about your respons, i'm so happy on how closser it will make my props look, i hope i've not over steped

that looks awesome i cant wait to see how it turns out , honestly id be honoured if you used my plans its why i posted em on here so the community had slightly more accurate dimensions to the modern boxes

sweet. i'm planning on making the C one next. i've seen you're working on it, i'll definitly wait for those to come out before making anything.

Thanks à lot mate. Looking good. It's funny, i always thought that the C box was bigger then the A/B box. Like basicly, they just adjusted the base, roof and police signs to wider corner posts.

Also, is D just like C but with à thiccer base, reshaped roof and thiccer window bars ?

heres the boxes all together bar the steel box or the whittaker boxes   

now that i'm 3d modelising the F prop following your plans, asumming they are accurates, i'm more baffeled by how much the last F and G props were neglected. none of the pannel squares are the same size. it's sad

also it got smaller over the years. wich i'm personnaly not a fan of but it's barely noticeable

yeah its nuts ahah , and as far as im aware theyre the only plans out there made for the box ( accurately ) its definatly as close as one can get to accuracy for sure but id only know for sure if i measured the box in person  but thankfully through working with the bbc and big finish ive been gifted with bbc high res ref images to help me get the box dimensions right using photogrammetry
