Looks brilliant so far very neat and tidy.

Volpone

Oooh.  Sexy.  It's funny.  For me, K-9 is a lot like the Newbery TARDIS.  It's kind of ugly and clunky and logically one of those Boston Dynamics robots--or even a Sony Aibo would be the better basis for a K-9...but when you see the classic shape, really well executed in someone's build, it just takes you back to being 12-13, when K-9 was *awesome*.

Agreed...
Your slow & steady approach is really paying off.  ;D

Volpone is right, no one of a certain age can fail to get a huge nostalgia kick the moment they see that classic shape!

Looking forward to more.

The great thing is because of the Sarah Jane adventures I get the same nostalgia, perhaps not to the level of you guys but it's still there 😂 I think k9s design is absolutely timeless except for the 4:3 viewer screen, but I prefer 4:3 anyway! Loving making him, he's a bit inaccurate in places but oh well!
No, not the mind probe!

Very nice!

I love that they brought K-9 back, too.

He has starred with 4 companions (if you count the Romanas as 2) & 2 Doctors.
He's been in the classic & the new series.

He's starred in 2 spin off shows... (3 if you count the Australian one...)

Could an argument be made that he's the most popular & successful Dr Who companion ever?!

Regards,

Russell

That looks like a nicely weathered TARDIS behind... if you ignore the door nob.
I speak to you from the final days of Gallifrey. I am the past you have forgotten. You are the future I will not live to see...

karsthotep

Very nice so far, I need to have a crack at one myself one of these days.
