That lever was scratch build by Nick Robbato, the builder of the console and one of the freelance prop guys for Doctor Who. It is very similar to a speed boat dual throttle though.

So.. Where would I be able to get like a replica or something, or a cheap parts list to making one?

You could
1) Email Nick Robbato on the vain and distant hope that he is willing to make one again and that you can pay the astronomical price that will make an Indian wedding look cheap.
2) Email DW2012 on the reasonable hope that he is willing to share how he did his, if he still checks his email.
3) Figure out how to do it yourself, and share with us! Some 3D designing should do the trick.

I am not a nuWho person, so I'm not sure what said part looks like.  But after looking at what a boat throttle costs, I'd say maybe find a junked bicycle and take the cranks off it.  You'd still need to build the housing and the handles, but it would be an inexpensive first step.

I was considering doing this one myself but have a backlog of things I wanna print at the moment lol

That's switch, shown above, is quite a handsome bit of hardware. It's form seems both reminiscent of classic radio knobs ( see below ), as well as that of more modern designs.



Now if only I could reliably metal-coat some of these, and replace the red lens with a faceted jewel-type... well, you know, for a more "vintage" look.

I'm happy and relieved to pass on the news that one of my more recently favored sources of such parts as these has, after all, apparently not faded into the dark and dusty bin of gone and long forgotten surplus and vintage electronics stores! 

"Play Things of the Past" ( from which the photo above was obtained ) has successfully been sold by it's retired former owner ( Gary Schneider ) to another enthusiast of the trade, Barry Bennett.

Though he seem to still be in the midst of reorganization ( made all the harder by covid ) and is not yet taking orders, it all seems and sounds very hopeful!

recently I was looking at gauges:

What I most notice is that right next to each gauge is a control. In some console designs the gauges are yards from a gauge. So I think this is a good rule of thumb in console design to have a switch or two nearby.

I love that last photo. It would look cool on a console as is.

As seen on the 4th to 5th Doctors' consoles, the ones that click loudly in Planet of Evil. They're foot switches, usually seen in conjunction with guitar effects pedals.
