I scoured all over for a proper old looking book. I found one on Etsy for about $30. The hardware I found at Hobby Lobby. The plaque was from Rubbertoe Replicas. I built a border around the plaque, out of a black polymer like clay, to blend it into the book itself. Finally, I had to hollow out the majority of the pages to cut the weight (like you would if you were hiding something in a book), as it was just to heavy to lug around a con.

Great idea to hollow the pages out.

You could hide your sonics in it!
