Kids love seeing it as they walk past...

...but the best thing is seeing cars drive past, hear them slow down , reverse and come back!

Then the phone cameras come out.

Takeaway delivery drivers always ask about it.

Now I'm wondering if the Daleks and The Empire would work together, or would the combined, convoluted scheming of The Emperor and Davros end up in war? Daleks vs Stormtroopers would be interesting to see (from a safe distance, LOL)

I think I saw a fan film on Youtube of Daleks vs Stormtroopers a while back.

The one thing I think you don't see enough of in Dr Who is Daleks acting the way they should do...
Relentless, unstoppable killing machines, ruthlessly exterminating everything in their path.

I guess TV people would say that would get boring after a while... I could watch a whole hour of it!!

I've often thought a darker, more "no holds barred" episode or feature would be well worth a watch.

Bites lip over thread derailment.  (Wants to join in, but is moderator.  Notices poster is involved in said derailment.) 

Don't get me going on Vulcans.  Vulcans are supposed to be purely logical.  But they are also vegetarians, refuse to lie, and will only eat food with utensils.  If meat has the protein a body needs, it is logical to eat meat.  If a lie will achieve your goal it is logical to lie.  If you're eating ribs or a Snickers bar, it is logical to not use utensils. 

Back on topic, that's some great cosplay.  And you've gotta love a Bat-signal.  And those photos aren't from your home, are they? Your home looks nice (and the TARIDS looks magical, lit up, in the window), but that room seems a lot fancier than the house.

I can only wish I had that ceiling clearance!

Back at home the lantern has to be removed as its too tall for the rooms, only just squeezes in without it.

The last few photos were taken in Hull's Guild Hall, which is a lovely building and was a great setting for the box.

The Bat Signal though is one of my builds and I use that as a lamp in one of my rooms ( also visible from the street when lit up ).

And now you mention it... have to agree with your observations on Vulcans!
