alot of people assume the 2010 to 2017 boxes were very simmilar if not the same, but there were at most of 5 boxes made for the moffat era , the smith series 5 , smith series 6 to capaldi , the 1st capaldi box ,the clara TARDIS and the steel prop,

These are amazing. Are you planning on making plans for TARDIS E and G?

I dont think it is that small as Capaldi is 6 foot tall.
Therefore it is more likely to assume that it is taller than 6 foot or else Capaldi would never be able to fit into the box at all.
So more than likely the measurement you were given is wrong and the height of the box would probably be a bit taller than the D prop.

Hi Wolfman.. following your plans and so far so good. Are the bevels around the windows thinner than the door panels? Looking at reference images the window frames seem to protrude quite far, but given the frames are 16mm thick, I would expect the bevel around them to be 10mm, as per the panels.

to answer your question the depth of the window frames match the same as the depth of the panels

These plans dont seem to match up at all when placed into blender even with some alterations with the scale modifiers. You may need to alter the plans to match each other.
