I'm starting of with a cardboard prop, to make sure I have my dimensions correct. Then I'll make a PVC version.



Thought: Anyone know of any YouTube videos on how to scan someone & turn them into a 3D print & make a shrunken doll? 

This is just to make sure I have my size references correct. I'd say it's pretty darn close.

I remember when I could only make things from cardboard, never this good but it makes me nostalgic lol.

I have so many projects & so little time to do them. I got a little time in to further my cardboard replica.



My first gear wheel didn't look right, so I made another out of two pieces that I glued together.



Now the internal raiser panel the gear go's on.



What do you think so far?
