In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.

Another lovely photo there. Thanks again Tony!

Screengrabs of materialisation, done on film for episode one...

Saw this on Facebook.  Apparently someone had posted it on Twitter.

Allegedly from the stirage area, during filming of Master Plan.

Is the thing behind one of those light boxes from the console room? And what's the thing behind that?
I speak to you from the final days of Gallifrey. I am the past you have forgotten. You are the future I will not live to see...

You beat me to it - the tall box is indeed one of the Tardis' lighting columns...

The thing in the background formed the centre-piece of the Daleks' control room. I believe that this prop was redressed between appearances and so it ought to be possible to double-check the specific episode when the photo was taken....

The Tardis' paintwork matches the appearance of the first Doctor's ship in Daleks' Master Plan as does its lamp (though in this photo it isn't on straight).

Thanks for confirming. Yay, go me!

The thing at the back gives me an idea for a possible model...
