First post in a while - whoop whoop! I've been more focused on Star Wars spaceships lately but here I am.

I wanted to make a lamp to stop me banging into things in the night. I nearly went down the goth/occult design route but instead chose scifi.

The design is supposed to fit with my console; which you can find on my page. As such I went with mat grey overall. The black and red stripe is similar to those which divide the panels on the console. The domes are supposed to give that time rotor feel with a silver collar like that around the rotor on my console. The domes may look off centre because I've yet to glue them in place, still meddling with the LED.

I'm pleased with it overall. The idea is that the TARDIS  would come with a supply of these should artificial heat and light be lost. I suppose they would also work as power cells. I can definitely see it fitting in during the Mid Tom Baker years.

Volpone

Those would have come in handy for #3 and Sarah at the beginning of "Death to the Daleks."  I mean, they would have been drained right away, like everything else, but at least they'd *seem* handy.
"My dear Litefoot, I've got a lantern and a pair of waders, and possibly the most fearsome piece of hand artillery in all England. What could possibly go wrong?"

True. How about the beginning of Enlightenment or maybe Battlefield?
