Just a little something I'm working on :)

Yes, I realize the strut alignment is a bit off, and I'll be sure to be a little more careful with the next console I build. However I will tinker with it a bit and see if I can adjust them a little more. The construction is primarily sheet-styrene, with some parts made from foam-core.

After YEARS of neglect, thanks to moving from Huntington, WV to Philadelphia, PA, and a host of other side-projects, I've finally resumed work on this little console.

AAAAAHHHHH!!!  8 year gap between posts but not an abandoned project!   8)

(Although you should've done a "The Girl Who Waited" and pretend you'd only been gone 5 minutes.)
"My dear Litefoot, I've got a lantern and a pair of waders, and possibly the most fearsome piece of hand artillery in all England. What could possibly go wrong?"

Lovely model. I like how you've sourced so many convincing lookalike components for the late Baker era console while adding some new design elements of your own.

How about some walls to go with it?  :)

corvus1970

Thank you both!

One of the advantages of doing Transformers customs for over a decade is that I've accumulated a lot of spare bits and bobs, from spare missiles and weapons, to various joints and detail-parts, and lots of assorted plastic gears. It really helped me acquire the things I needed to get this project going.

Walls are definitely on the agenda :)
