This is a very non-traditional console and I understand this might not be to everyone's taste. It is based on a chapter house (sort of).

No central column (time rotor) but there is an armillary sphere that rotates above the console when in flight.

I understand this is not a great angle - wanted to get the armillary spheres in with the console:-

Console on its own:-

The central area of the console room is very high (adequate seating and main scanner is upstairs) - there is also an outer area which is more traditional design with lighted roundels, see below:-

More, please!

What I see is stunning, but leaves me hungry for more details.

I feel like Obi Wan might have to sneak in and disable this to allow the Millennium Falcon to escape.  Actually, this would be a pretty cool Master's TARDIS--where The Doctor gets to see it and is obviously jealous but tries to cover it up.
"My dear Litefoot, I've got a lantern and a pair of waders, and possibly the most fearsome piece of hand artillery in all England. What could possibly go wrong?"
-The Doctor.

From this angle I'm not entirely sure what I'm seeing but I like it lol.
I speak to you from the final days of Gallifrey. I am the past you have forgotten. You are the future I will not live to see...

Yes - but didn't think of this - you know there are big knife switches round the other side too - perfect for a tractor beam :-)

[most of my Doctor quotes are best imagined in the voice of William Hartnell]
"Hmm.  I see you've got the Type 73, with integrated dimensional drift compensation.  I guess that's useful if you aren't able to do the calculations yourself."
"My dear Litefoot, I've got a lantern and a pair of waders, and possibly the most fearsome piece of hand artillery in all England. What could possibly go wrong?"
-The Doctor.

This is simply incredible! While some others have likened this console to other renegade Time Lords, the human-y tech on the console combined with the alien-like armillary sphere and wall panels feels right at home for the Doctor!

Lovely work. I always thought it would be a good idea to have a console rise up from the floor.
