I'm assuming it was on the day of recording or after the day of recording for Paradise Towers to wash off the graffiti.

I don't know what it was in aid of - i.e. why the children were there.

Yeah it was taken in June during studio recording at the Television Centre, It's being "scrubbed" by "young representatives of The Children's society" according to the Doctor who vault book
