Beautiful Shot KB,  Is the light a flasher or always on?  If its a flasher,  how did you do it?

Hi Karst
Glad you like the picture, I'll upload some more later.
Sorry, but the light's always on. It's simply wired directly into the interior light circuit. However, there is a member here, Anotherwheeze, who has a flashing light and sound effect all by remote cotrol. It's brilliant. Nice guy too, I'm hoping he'll help me get the electrics in Elsie sorted, when he's free. PM him, I'm sure he won't mind.
Thanks
KB

Hi KB!
It looks in the above pic that your St Johns sign may be a bit faded? Is that the case or a photographic illusion? I couldn't find anything in your build thread about what that part's actually made from ... I recently had a sign company make me one out of colourbond from the PM you sent me some time ago, and because I'm so indecicive, it's fixed to the door by magnets rather than being screwed on so i can chop and change. Is your St Johns sign metal as well or something else?
Cheers mate!

Hi Ian
Just noticed this post. My St.J's plaque is plastic card 3mm thick, painted with white exterior matt emulsion. The design is a water slide decal sealed with acrylic varnish. It is held in position with two brass round headed screws through the animal icons.
I believe a new decal is coming from a long way away ;)
Seriously though, thanks again son, I'll let you know when it arrives.

Hi All
For the benefit of Pod and any OZ or Southern US builders.
Here in Blighty, the snow has arrived;

Great photos! I love seeing a Tardis in the snow. It hasn't fallen thickly like that here in London yet but I'm hoping it will.

That photo makes me SOOOOO jealous!!
This past week has been the second hottest on record for Australia. On one day it peaked at over 45 degrees, which is about 113 in your language. That's pretty much unbearable. Trains are being cancelled left, right, and centre because rails are buckling in the heat. Hottest day since the mid 1800s I believe.
Oh, to be rugged up in Ol' Blighty again!!!!

Actually, I stand corrected ... records began in the mid 1800s, it was the hottest day since the mid 1930s.
