How good did the Tardis look in that episode? 

That top shot, if you briefly glimpse it, reminds me of the TYJ!

Just a shame about those notches and piped/tubed windows lol

But overall she looked wonderful 

I agree about the windows, but the notches have really grown on me.

It really does, it's quite something how this box is both a stand out against it's 80s counterpart, yet also sympathetic to its appearance.

You know what else is striking about the box's appearance in this episode?  It hightens/reminds us how alien it can be... Looming like that... In a time where it clearly never existed as part of the British landscape.

This has become my favourite of the "New Who" TARDIS designs.

Also, depending on the angle, the panels look far less square and more rectangular! Which pleases me a lot :-)
