So basically, I am searching for reference of the TARDIS prop used in the Seven Keys to Doomsday play. I know there was one, as I have one picture showing a roof. Can't find it again. Help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure that a Tardis exterior was constructed for the London production of "The Seven Keys to Doomsday" or, if it was, then I can't find any photos of it.

I wonder if you are thinking of the New Zealand production of "The Seven Keys to Doomsday" which took place at the Porirua Little Theatre on Saturday 24 November 1984 and ran until 8 December. (Porirua City is about 10 miles north of Wellington.)

Which is the console at the WhoShop exhibit?

The console on display at The Who Shop is from The Ultimate Adventure.

The TARDIS appears to be a flat facade with a ledge holding the lamp.

The console looks remarkably similar to the junkyard console.

Not meaning to distract more from the topic by focusing on the console, but since ciderman mentioned the resemblance to the Junk Console, I was looking at it and seeing all of the controls strewn across the panels and some on the facia (and what looks like flat corner blocks), coupled with the odd column interior and the three discs on top of it, I started wondering if someone remembered this from all those years ago and used it as inspiration for the 2005 console.

As to that TARDIS itself, I have to agree with Kingpin; what little we can see of this TARDIS looks like a 2D (what one could almost call) "cardboard standup", with a little something to attach a lamp to. If that TARDIS had any dimension to it at all, one would see at least some shadows on it as the stage lights shone down upon it.
