Hi folks, I haven't been able to get a copy of Bill's 2005/2010 top signs to download, anyone have a copy they can email me?  Website and link still okay Bill?

Glen, (and all), you can view Bill's PDFs here:

Wayback Machine Web Archive - Bill's Police Box Sign PDF. To download the actual PDF, you have to move your cursor towards the bottom of the PDF and look for the little icons that appear when the cursor is close to the bottom center. One of those (on my computer it's the right-most icon) is the Download button. Click on that and the PDF will download into your Download folder... or whatever your default download folder is. (It downloads as simple "PoliceBoxSign.pdf".)

For Bill's 2010 sign, his link has the same URL as the one above, so you end up at the same archived file. (I guess once you get the 2005 file, you could just change the name to "2005-2010PoliceBoxSign.pdf" to let yourself know it's the same for both TARDIS versions. That is, until Bill updates things, or lets us know the signs are the same... or not.)

Anyway, I hope this is helpful to everyone. (If anyone has trouble getting the file, shoot me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll e-mail a copy to you.)

P. S. When I originally downloaded it from Bill's site in 2012, I renamed it "TopSign-Thomas-(2005-2010).pdf" since this was for both versions of the Richmond-Thomas TARDIS.

The Shalka signs look pretty close to the TV Movie box's signs to me.

This makes sense. The TVM came out in 1996, and "Shalka" was originally broadcast from 13 November to 18 December 2003. So the Hudolin TARDIS prop would have been the most recent reference for a TARDIS the production crew would have had to go by. And they do look close enough alike that one could easily use the Hudolin Top Signs as a "Shalka" Top Sign.

If anyone would like to volunteer to produce a PDF vector-drawn version of the new Arwel Wyn Jones box top sign, there's a gap in the table at the top of this thread that needs to be filled. The intention is that these should be suitably scaled for use on a full-sized build.

Is the top sign on the AWJ box going to be like a slight blue tint like in the first promo or is it going to be black? I cant really tell in all the various pictures.

Well, I've had a go. Near as I can tell, it's only slightly modified from previous NSTs - i.e. Gill Sans with the 'Public Call' vertically squished - only with a lot less space between the letters. Look at the final X, it overlaps the O.
Here's mine based on the image of Jodie at the BBC showcase where the Tardis was straight-on:
