From the Stolen TARDIS comic strip.

Made at work using 2-part sand casting method in recycled aluminium.

I photographed it before polishing because the shine can mess up the picture.

He (Lord Kairel) on the "Deadly Assassin" accessing the memory files (or what ever they were) where the Doctor later went to fight the master's servant (his name eludes me at the moment). Been trying to work out the proper shape for it & I believe you have found it. Well done & BTW it looks brilliant.  :)

I like it. It's like one of the ones in the tray that the guard waves in front of the Doctor's capsule because he doesn't know how cipher-indent keys work.

Very nice! Once again you’ve managed to recreate this perfectly. And thank you for posting that template as well - I’m sure many people will find it extremely useful (myself included!)

Does anyone happen to have any screenshots of this tray? It’d be cool to build a collection of these - you can never have too many TARDIS keys! ;D

These are the best I could get of the tray. These are from "Invasion of Time",

But it looks similar to this one but different,

Hope these help.

The key I was referring to was this one, sorry, wrong one (shape wise).
From "Deadly Assassin",

He might be in the novelization, Chris, but I checked the transcript of "Deadly Assassin" and there's no mention of Kairel (or a "Kai" of any kind). The closest I come to is Hilred, and even his name is ambiguous. In the novelization he's called "Hildred"; in the story episode credits and dialogue (and DVD subtitles), he's called (and listed as) "Hilred".

I'm sure that line drawing CH just posted is extremely helpful!

The view of that tray is never looking down into it. The only view is when the Guard Hilred is holding it, and the only keys we really get a half decent look at are the few (three, I think) Hilred uses to open the TARDIS doors. So unfortunately, I don't think we're ever going to get "every" key in that tray.

Thank you all for your comments.

There's another key tray in Deadly Assassin that you get a better look at.
