It does indeed look spot on. It's got that same wonderful variability of colour depending on lighting, angle and camera settings that we see in so many old in-situ photos. Just brilliant!

It also appears to accentuate the rather spotty repair work done over the years, though. Poor old Crich.

Here's a nice video taken by a young Who fan in 2015.  She's looking good!

I haven't been to Crich since primary school, awesome day out, had my photo taken at that box a few times. School took us their so often we should have recorded my height each time on the inside of the door.

Hi all,

Here is another PCB I,m not sure where it was located only described as in London
I hear there is snow in the UK at present so this seems appropriate.

Easy. Crich.

Certainly was easy, even I knew that... and I know sod-all about the actual boxes  ;D
Mind you, this one has been discussed a lot here, partly with regard to the door, but mainly because it's probably the most measured Met box, what with all those molds being taken for a certain replica.  :)

Wish I'd have known Pete, could have joined me and Matt for a pint when we went measuring!

Nice picture, taken a while ago as all the embankment has been dug out now.

Only 20 mins from me we should have a meet up at the pub/box next year It's been too long since our last one Mark we still have 8 months of a year reentry left.

Hmm, maybe a TARDIS Builders get together for anyone who can make it?

We could go and make a pilgrimage to the Police Box and then off to the pub round the corner for a couple?

It would be nice to reacquaint with people and get to meet up with others for the first time.

Plus I still have a "Technical Manual" which I promised you!

In the cities in the streets there's a tension you can feel,
The breaking strain is fast approaching, guns and riots.
Politicians gamble and lie to save their skins,
And the press get fed the scapegoats,
Public Enema Number One.

That sounds like a bloody good idea...
