I've found an Ambulance Post No.2 version of City of London Post 19 in the blog A London Inheritance.

The blog itself is much like our own mission of Looking at the history of the City through Photographs. Although it appears they are more interested about the development of the city architecture than the Street Furniture. All in all it is a fascinating read.

Head over to the blog to see the wide view with the Monument in View.

I've managed to locate the White AP1 version of this location outside the Coal Exchange.
The photo is dated "Around 1900" but we can say it has to be within +3 years of 1907 because that is when the AP1's lose the white paint and start appearing in the dark colors.

By sheer coincidence I came across this photo, which appears to show the Police Post on Monument Street (It appears to be circa 1960s, or very late 50s):

Plus another in black and white in the original location beside the Coal Exchange:

And the location as it now appears:

Nice Find!

That completes the Hat Trick for this location.
AP1, AP2, and the PA3 Confirmed.
