OK strictly speaking this isn't a TARDIS sound effect, But I struggled to think of another place to put it
I had a go at doing a 1980s cyberman voice. it consists of speaking in a deep voice. then duplicate your recorded footage, up  the pitch by 1 on one track and then down the pitch by 1 on the second track, then get a better Microphone than me because mine is terrible. Congratulations! your now David banks!
