No progress today, I realised when looking at my build diary that I had the corner posts in the wrong places so I've swapped them to the right places. I'm hoping to get the sides on tomorrow....rain on Sunday they say  :o

Walls and roof up today!
After building the TARDIS myself just a few years ago without any help at all, it's a bit disappointing that I couldn't rebuild it on my own but the walls are so heavy in the complete sections.
Anyway I'm happy about this...

I have to say I'd forgotten how absolutely huge a full size TARDIS is - it's awe-inspiring :)

ps. It's blue inside because it's been re-treated with blue fence preservative

Timegirl's TARDIS - the rebuild
'TARDIS rebuilders' who remembers that?

I started my build in June 2005, I used cheap pine and plywood so it has suffered quite a bit of weather damage over the years.
Anyway, I'm going to document the rebuild here
First, 8 new windows (they were un-rebuildable) - but I salvaged my original pebbled glass

the hidden look makes always makes the shot.  I think its more fun with you see a Police box in a place where it shouldn't be.

Crispin is on self imposed exile, something about the timewar getting to be too much for hi*..oh wait sorry wrong story line
