I think that is more for instructions for print houses to follow when things are being printed in Pantone colors rather than CMYK.  But if you are doing stuff in CMYK, you can convert the PMS, so this is a good thing to know.

Just curious, but any idea which range (models) of TARDIS this color covers? It looks real close to the 2005-2009 box, but not as vibrant a blue as the 2010 box (at least on my screen). It also looks like it could possibly be good for a TY-J box.

Depending how you see Reflex Blue....I'd never see that as a TARDIS colour...personally. I checked out my swatches for 2955C and its pretty nice!

I could see that as a good Time and The Rani colour, or possibly Vengeance on Varos.
